CCMI is a social marketing company focused on youth ages
3 – 20 years, their parents and educators in various countries. Since 1989 we have delivered free, helpful information or products, sponsored by business or government departments to target audiences around the world. We increase youth literacy skills, build their self-esteem, make the arts more fun for them, expose them to different career options, explain sustainable development, and much more. In turn, the educators and parents of youth are enlightened on these subjects. This type of work is called cause or social marketing.

We blend creativity and innovation with youth learning and fun training, and marketing expertise. Our team members have work experience with youth, families and educators – many with 10 to 30 years. Ongoing global research with all of these groups, as well as in-depth knowledge of business practices and needs, allow us to create the best partnerships between them.

Custom-created, cost-effective projects successfully meet audience needs identified in the research, as well as sponsor-identified goals. Marketing tools utilized include:

  • Strategic thinking and planning
  • Branding, identity and characters creation
  • New product creation and launch
  • Public relations
  • Events
  • Websites
  • Promotions
  • Media content and programming
  • School programs.

Since 1983, President Carol Green has been trained by youth psychologists and play experts, and has marketed responsibly and creatively to youth, families and educators. During the five years that she founded and managed Those Characters From Cleveland Canada, an American Greetings company, she provided marketing services for hundreds of youth-focused products and services, in conjunction with her global colleagues. Carol started teaching youth in Sunday School at age 10, tutored them while she was in high school and worked with disabled children while in university. Helping youth to help themselves is her passion, which is shared by all CCMI team members, including project managers, writers, artists, designers and printers.

Through our network of U.S. national and state-specific suppliers and partners, innovative and responsible marketing is provided to our U.S. clients.

Globally we've consulted to companies in Australia, Europe and the Middle East
