CCMI, a non-profit company, has developed a reputation for creation of comprehensive, innovative and fun sponsored school projects. Based on research we conducted with educators in the early 1990s, the work answers the following requested needs:

  1. free to educators, who choose to participate

  2. provide legitimate educational benefits in the form of supplementary curriculum resources, equipment, mentors or money

  3. involve educators throughout the process from idea generation to writing and evaluating

  4. communicate continuously about projects and sector issues with teachers using our programs and with targeted personnel from Ministries/Departments of Education, school boards, schools, and relevant associations

  5. involve parents in two-way communication through newsletters, letters or web content

  6. announce the program through media releases to educational and public contacts.

Education faces the same challenges in every country of the world. Basic issues are underfunding, crowded and aging schools, changing curriculum, parents' high standards, increased violence amongst students.
